In any case, the information contained in the Generali website is provided with information purposes only as to the activities of the Generali Group, and Generali does not guarantee constant updating of the information contained in this Site. The information contained in this Site is provided by sources within the Generali Group. Generali has the right to modify at any time and at its discretion, the contents and the functional and operational modalities of the Site, without prior notice.
Generali will ensure that the information provided through the Site, to the greatest extent possible, meets the requirements of reliability, correctness, accuracy and timeliness. Generali, on the other hand, is relieved of any liability for any errors or inaccuracies in the content of this information for reasons not attributable to it.

Law and Jurisdiction
The Court of Trieste, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these conditions. Nevertheless, in order to protect its interests or to enforce its rights, Generali reserves, if it deems necessary, the right to institute legal proceedings before Courts of countries or cities other than Italy or Trieste.
